 Jenn Leddin is a licensed social worker in Oregon. She received her Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University. She is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (CADC II) with the Mental Health and Addiction Certification Board of Oregon. Jenn has experience working with individuals and families with mental health and su

 Jenn Leddin is a licensed social worker in Oregon. She received her Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University. She is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (CADC II) with the Mental Health and Addiction Certification Board of Oregon. Jenn has experience working with individuals and families with mental health and substance abuse needs in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings. She has a strong background working with individuals engaged in the criminal justice system. Jenn has over 8 years of experience performing comprehensive drug and alcohol assessments, which includes mental status exam, ASAM level of care placement, DSM 5 diagnostic criteria of substance use disorder(s), and clinical treatment recommendations. Through her work, Jenn hopes to bridge the gap to better connect people to the services.

 Ashley Cohen is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Qualified Mental Health Associate with the Mental Health and Addiction Certification Board in Oregon. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin. Ashley has experience working in many facets of the addiction profession including 

 Ashley Cohen is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Qualified Mental Health Associate with the Mental Health and Addiction Certification Board in Oregon. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin. Ashley has experience working in many facets of the addiction profession including over 6 years providing comprehensive ASAM evaluations in a diverse variety of settings including correctional facilities, inpatient settings, and community based settings. She has worked as a addiction treatment provider in residential and outpatient treatment centers, working with both adolescents and adults. She has worked with community organizations to create addiction outreach and treatment programs and hopes to continue eliminating barriers to treatment for all people.
